STANDARD FEATURES: Support frame: It is constructed individually for each specific chassis according to the chassis manufacturer‘s recommendation and advice. Main beams of the support frame are U-shaped with cross braces. The frame is manufactured from the material DOMEX
Used materials: AL – aluminium, ST 52.3 (material is sized according to the customer request), antiskid plywood
Sidewalls in standart design: PALETTE – are hinged on pins and opened downwards because of loading the palette goods. Sidewall is vertically parted, proportion 50:50, by a tiltable (removable) middle pillar, it is secured mechanically (manually) by means of a lever.
Tailgate: PALETTE – it is hinged on pins and opened downwards. Rear pillars are tiltable (removable). Tailgate is secured mechanically.
Accessories calculated in the price of the tipping body: plastic toolbox, mudguards over two axles + mudflaps, side barriers, positional vehicle lighting, holders for fitting wedges, shovel holder, protective grids on rear group lights, reflective marking according to regulation EHK no.104, fitting of the tipping body on to the chassis in the VS-mont factory, eyes in the floor on both sides (each 1mm), instructions for use in englisch language.
