STANDARD FEATURES: Automatic high-pressure prewash system, which simulates the actions performed manually with a wand. The MIX hydrokinetic system with mobile nozzle system is very effective due to the strong impact of the water jet against the surface of the vehicle. Each nozzle is powered by its own piston pump that delivers 18 l / min to 120 bar. The system consists of two lateral devices and a horizontal device. The lateral devices are each composed of a nozzle that moves alternately from top to bottom covering the vehicle’s surface from wheel height to windows. The horizontal (“contour”) device consists of two nozzles that move alternately in opposite directions to each other. Following the profile of the vehicle, it rotates to keep the jets perpendicular to the bodywork. The horizontal bar incorporates a ring safety system that assures it passes over complex obstacles. This technique ensures limited consumption of water. Adding precision and adaptability to different vehicles, it is an industrial washing plant with versatile applications and features of flexibility.
