STANDARD FEATURES: Mac2B is a rear compactors, medium size of the MAC line, with a waterproof body and a rear hopper. The Mac2B compactor is an equipment with high performances and a large hopper, to receive waste transferred from satellite vehicles; suitable for 18 ton chassis.
The patented MAC compacting system with articulated plate moves on two outer upper guides and two lower rods, in order to obtain a high structural strength and compression capacity. The cylinders that operate the system are made of tempered and chrome plated stems; and those of the compacting trolley are located outside the tailgate, sheltered from waste and easily accessible for maintenance.
Unloading of the waste through an internal bulkhead; counter pressure of the bulkhead’s expulsion is controlled hydraulically and adjustable.
