STANDARD FEATURES: The compacting system has been located inside the hopper, in order to improve the weight distribution. The new articulated plate system has a kinematism optimized for the compaction of very voluminous waste; the system runs on rectilinear guides with sliding block located outside the hopper, in an easily accessible position for cleaning and maintenance.
According to the new and advanced safety rules, the system is realized in order to avoid access inside the hopper for maintenance operations; valves and distributors are positioned at low height, outside the hopper. The body has a series of support for safety lines.
The loading hopper has been enlarged, maktron achieving a 30% increase in volume and 100 mm on the inside width; this allows to improve the transfer from the satellite vehicles and the loading speed.
The hopper has been completely redesigned; the loading edge has been lowered with a height of about 1,250 mm from the ground, to facilitate manual loading.
The bin lift device, designed and built according to the latest version of the UNI EN 1501-5 standard, is completely located under the profile of the hopper, to avoid interferences with manual loading and transferal operations.
The new design of the body, is smartly integrated with the chassis cab. The volume obtained allows the optimal distribution of the load and prevents stagnation of water in the upper part.
The ejection bulkhead is controlled directly by an adjustable hydraulic system, with the possibility to select the compaction ratio.
The electrohydraulic systems have been completely redesigned in compliance with the new European standards, with advanced interface systems for real-time data communication.
